All orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. You can select your preferred shipping options.
We accept international orders and ship worldwide.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept exchange and return requests within 7 days of receiving your product. All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
When trying on the jewelry, please be mindful not to scratch the items or mark the box. Returns must also include our signature jewelry pouch and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the jewelry box inside another box to prevent damage during shipping.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.
